- Describe it. Tell us what is wrong, and where.
- Add a photo. One picture saves a lot of back and forth.
- Reach out early. Small issues stay small.
Also tell us when you are home and whether anything is urgent, such as no heat or an active leak. If there is an emergency that puts anyone in danger, call 911 first.
